Alvin Hartley, Senior Partner Linkedin

Founder, CEO and Senior Partner of TMI & Partners, Ltd (TMI) brings over 30 years of experience in television/film production, sports and special events marketing, and promotional skills to the company. Hartley organized the first African and Hispanic triathlon club in America and was instrumental in producing projects such as: The New York City Duathlon Series, Negril Sprint Triathlon (Jamaica), New Harlem 10K Foot Race (New York City), Black College Reunion in Daytona Beach (Florida), and The Sweat Til’ Ya Wet Sports Fest, to name a few.

In 1997, Hartley was successful in bringing Black Entertainment Television (BET), Time Warner Cable, and Calvin Klein Jeans together as major sponsors of the annual New York City Inner City Games (national community youth program co-chaired by Arnold Schwarzenegger). His ability to improvise on the spot to create the right concepts for any situation makes him uniquely qualified to lead the TMI team into a bright future. Hartley is also the former President of the New York chapter of NAMD.

Simone Godette-Hartley, Managing Partner Linkedin

Managing Partner, Simone Godette is a Registered Professional Nurse with 25 years of nursing experience in Neonatal Intensive care, Long Term Care, Practice Management, Administration and Nursing Operations leadership and Quality Management. Godette-Hartley attained her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing, and Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management from Metropolitan College of New York, in which she graduated with Sigma Beta Delta Honors. Ms. Godette-Hartley has worked as a leader involving educating medical groups in the importance of preventive and Quality care, working on initiatives involved in using the cutting edge in mobile technology to connect with patients to promote positive health-based outcomes. While utilizing the incentives available in educating patients, using social media, and the current advances in technology to promote quality and preventive health, she was able to optimize the patient-provider experience in the preventive quality care and patient satisfaction through HEDIS and HCC.

Ms. Godette currently works to provide oversight and business leadership in the areas of financial, operational and business solutions to their day to day senior operational team, management team and new small business clients. Her roles include acquisition and management of small business clientele, assessing their diagnostic profiles, assessing whether the solution for the requires a business, financial or operational practical solution. Additionally, she is responsible for implementing practical solutions for clients that will increase revenue, growth, and expansion.

Wayne Martin II, Partner Linkedin

Director of Operations has worked in sales and marketing for the last ten years. Martin experience began with companies such as The Men’s Wearhouse, AT&T, Interactive Publications, LLC, and ImJustSayingTV (on queen’s public television).

In 2010, Martin joined the TMI team alongside Alvin Hartley. He began by introducing NYC high school guidance counselors and senior advisors to HBCU Bus Tours and College recruitment. Martin quickly advanced to Vice President of Membership Coordination of HBCULinkup.com. This phenomenal system allowed Martin the opportunity to expand his role as a high school informational recruiter while providing support and services to parents, teachers, colleges, and universities.

Steven E. Kimbrough 

Steven E. Kimbrough has been around the world and back and will continue to do so. His resume speaks for itself. Steven’s work ethics are solid, he worked a full-time job and went to school full time as well. He currently works for SEK 3D Enterprises, Inc. and is developing 3D, 3D Coordinating, and 3D production projects. He started his Entertainment career DJing while he attended Indiana University in South Bend. He then rolled into Stand-Up Comedy in Chicago and worked on National Tours, Air Show Tours with the Coors Light Micro Jet Team, College Tours to organizing comedy fund-raisers in Boston, to cruise ships, and opened the first Laugh is Hope Comedy Club on 39th & Park in New York, NY. He worked for Apple Vision, he worked Audience Coordinator for the Early Show CBS, went on tour for the Cutty Sark’s Rock the Boat Tour, launched the first USAudience.com website, he started the first San Diego Comedy Festival, launch the 2nd Laugh is Hope Comedy Club on the Queen Mary, he opened the KMGI Enterprises, Inc. a Entertainment Marketing & Business Solutions Company that specializes in Multi-Media and Social Media Services, he also launched the Cannes 24 Hour Film Challenge. He is also the Creative Director for the TDE Marketing & Consults and Undeniable Influence Cultural Centers.
